Cut with a clean pair of scissors. I just run mine under hot water for a bit and that works just fine.

Place in water jars. The oui yogurt jars work fantastic! Takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Once the roots are long plant them in some soil! Honestly I let these grow too long but no worries! Once you plant in soil only water when water is dry. About once a week.
