What You Need:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 3/4 bag of dark chocolate chips (more or less)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Steps:
1. Mix all together (wet ingredients + dry ingredients) .
2. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Take out cookie tray and hit on counter and then bake for an additional two minutes.
