- Grateful for being adopted. Something that gave me so much grief growing up. I still have my moments of course but being adopted connects me to two of kids and I know they will never ever feel alone the way I felt.
- Having a mom in the spirit realm. I never met her. We were separated when I was an infant. And then she passed. But I do believe she is free now. And we may not have been able to have a relationship on earth but I feel her now more than ever. It’s so weird but so beautiful where I want to cry every time I think about it. Love really has no limits.
- The messy and hard parts. The struggles. You think you would change some things but when you have kids you recognize that you wouldn’t because it would completely change everything.
- My ability to feel deeply. The way I feel things is so intense sometimes. Like right now I feel so much love and gratitude where it almost hurts and I seriously want to cry. I need relief which is why I am writing this very moment.
- I’ve never met my biological father either but we text. And again, love….it’s so insane. I just feel it. I can’t imagine how difficult that was to let me go….when I did find him he sent me a picture of me and him that he had carried with him all these years. To know that you were thought about everyday….just shows how powerful love is.
- God. God has been in my life from the very beginning and it’s a relationship worth pursuing. Life is so much more colorful and just beautiful. There’s so much beauty that surrounds us. So many miracles. The strength is real.
- My daughters and son. What make me want to the be the very best version of myself. Who have opened so many doors and windows for me. I want to make my children proud. That’s what I want. I want to be an example. I do this for them. I love them so much.
- My husband. My best friend. I love you. Thank you for being my dream come true. I absolutely love our life together. The best adventures ever.
- And Stranger reading this……you got this. Continue to pursue yourself and the rest will come. Never loose hope ever. Be the hope. People need that more than ever.
